The batch processing engine can automatically process a large number of FCS files in seconds. Batch jobs can be easily configured for single or multi-tube panels.

Use the Batch Setup dialog to configure a batch run. First, add all the Set Documents, one for each tube in your panel, to a new Batch Setup Document. You may have one or many tubes in your panel. Each Set Document must contain an Analysis Method that can be played back by the batch processing engine to classify your data.

Next, check the boxes for output and run parameters. Select a folder containing the FCS files you want processed by the batch processing engine.

Finally, save your setup in a Batch Setup Document. You can run the panel again in the future with another folder of data files.

The Batch Runner window allows you to pause or stop any batch run in progress. It also provides real-time information pertaining to the progress of the batch run.
