CytoPaint Classic lets you choose which statistical results are printed to reports and sent to spreadsheet files.

You make your selections in the Choose Results Fields dialog.

We’ve added robust statistics (median, rSD, rCV and percentiles) to the list of available statistical calculations. As with all other statistics, you have complete control over the setup for your experiment using an intuitive interface.

You can now calculate absolute counts for any population using BD Trucount™ tubes, or any other counting particle of known concentration. Simply classify the counting particles (beads) as you would any other population, then enter some basic information in the Setup Absolute Counts dialog. That’s it! You can elect to get absolute counts for any population you desire.
